When first notified of the passing of your loved one, we immediately attend the place of death and take the deceased person into our care. This consists of low temperature preservation and assists with the hygienic and thorough preparation prior to the funeral.

We attend wherever and whenever requested to arrange the funeral details with the family.

Arrangements are tailored to be a reflection of the personal requirements of family and to include any wishes of the deceased.

At the conclusion of the home visit all decisions will be made and our Funeral Director will leave to take care of these details and confirm with family by telephone. Those details include liaison with the Cemetery or Crematorium, the Minister or Celebrant, the Funeral Notices in the newspaper, registration of the death with the Registrar General and the production of Doctor's Certificates or Coroner's Order.

Usually a posy and a message of comfort and assurance from the Funeral Director to the next of kin are sent during the intervening period.

We have trained personnel on call 24 hours, 7 days per week who are able to immediately assist your family and respond to a 24 hour phone service to take calls on your behalf during this difficult time.

We provide new and well cared for vehicles for all transportation. Professional Funeral Directors are always on hand at the service to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service and to ensure the family and friends present receive the very best service available.

We provide a Memorial Book and take responsibility to encourage mourners to enter their condolences. This will enable you, at any time after the funeral to immediately recall exactly who was in attendance. You may be assured that each person in attendance will receive a thank you card from the family, personalised by a scanned image of the person who has passed away.

The Widow or Widower will receive a corsage from our company to wear at the funeral if preference for flowers has been expressed and provided the ordering of the casket spray has been entrusted to us.

Floral tributes excluding the casket spray, which are not required, will be sent to a nursing home or church at the conclusion of the Funeral Service.
