 NEWHAVEN FUNERALS located on the beautiful Gold Coast has again increased the level of service and care provided, surpassing all local competitors in the funeral industry. Funeral company director and Captain Phil Connolly insists the response has been overwhelming. We have the ability to expose people to an experience that has not previously existed. This experience allows people to detach themselves from the day to day hustle and bustle and contemplate the simplicity of life.
During the memorial service, family members are encouraged to scatter a portion of their loved one's ashes into the sea. Individual flower petals mix with the ash and are dispersed with the ocean current.
Our most important aim is to share friendliness and warmth at a time when it is needed.
Procedure
- Relatives & friends gather at a pre- arranged time and place.
- Skipper and crew take you to pre arranged destination
- A simple but dignified service is carried out by the skipper or if you prefer your own minister, which includes the scattering of the Ashes and floral tribute (supplied).
- Coffee, Tea, light luncheon (supplied)
